My nutrition writing includes research from reputable sources that ensures your readers know they are in good hands. Whether you’re a fitness blogger or you sell supplements or protein powders, I can present the same research that has gone into creating your brand, in a way that highlights your product’s best attributes.
My knowledge in nutrition comes from an intense desire to understand what I put in my body. I can speak to a wide variety of subjects in this area, including but not limited to:
- Diet-based nutrition writing
- Weight loss methods
- Scientific nutrition writing
- Supplement analysis writing
One quick note on my nutrition writing: I will NOT write for any company I deem shady. I will only present information that I believe represents the topic truthfully.
Diet-based nutrition writing
As someone who is gluten-free and dabbles in dairy-free, I understand the struggles that come along with trying to follow specific diets. Whether you’re searching for researched-based reasons why someone should follow a specific diet, or a piece relating to some of the trial and tribulations related to following that diet, I can come up with something that will provide your readers valuable information.
Writing that focuses on biological processes
This kind of writing tends to be more scientific, and a little more in-depth. I can focus on the way your body processes carbs, or how certain foods react with one another after you eat (ie whole proteins). Depending on your target audience, I can keep things high-level, assuming a basic understanding, or I can write for those who are just beginning their journey.
Supplement product writing
Because supplements can be dangerous, many of these products need copy that turns complicated subjects into stories. I’m an expert at taking esoteric research and rewording it in a way that doesn’t lose any value, but makes it more accessible.
Weight loss methods
Like I said above, I won’t write anything that pushes people into unhealthy habits. However, I’m happy to cover topics similar to CICO, keto, or the like. Some weight loss methods work great for a segment of the population, and some suck! But I do believe that there’s a weight loss method for everyone, if they so desire.
Examples of my nutrition writing:
Chromium: the micronutrient that can aid in weight loss
The difference between burning fat and burning calories
The basics of carbs: are they good or bad?
When you hire me as your nutrition writer, you can expect high quality content that provides real value and makes your company a source of truth.
